I charge a 75% cancellation for any no-shows or last minute cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment If you NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of your service and the card on file will be charged. First time clients* MUST arrive 10-15mins ahead of appointment time!!! You need to complete your intake forms* Please make sure you arrive in a timely manner, I allow a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes I do charge $15 late fee After 20 mins your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date. I require 25% of all deposits due at time of payments and they are NON-Refundable. Deposits go towards your service. If you cancel your appointment, you'll lose the deposit if service is not rescheduled in the span of 48 hours. If you reschedule within the 48 hours after cancelation the deposit is still active towards your service. If you are experiencing flu like or cold symptoms please be mindful and reschedule at a later date. Thank you for reading!
